The terms that govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. All products sold by Australian Research Peptides are supplied for in vitro research purposes only — not for human or animal consumption, and not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. Purchasers must be at least 18 and ordering for legitimate research.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility & Intended Use
You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research laboratory. By ordering, you represent and warrant that all products will be used solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research and will not be administered to, or consumed by, humans or animals.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
We make no representations that any product is safe or effective for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or other use. No information on this website constitutes medical, health, dosing, or usage advice. Any statement to the contrary is not authorised by ARP.
4. Product Information
We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Specifications such as purity are based on batch testing; Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA library. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.
5. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply only while stated.
6. Payment
We accept PayID and Australian bank transfer only. We do not accept cards, digital wallets or buy-now-pay-later, and we use no third-party payment processor, so card details are never collected or stored at any point. When you place an order we issue a payment reference; you must quote that reference on your transfer so we can match the deposit to your order. Orders are packed once the transfer has cleared. Unpaid orders are released after 2 business days — weekends are not counted — and the reserved stock returns to sale.
7. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Assumption of Risk & Responsibility
You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, and use of these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ARP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the products, including any use for human or animal consumption.
