The terms that govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. All products sold by Australian Research Peptides are supplied for in vitro research purposes only — not for human or animal consumption, and not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. Purchasers must be at least 18 and ordering for legitimate research.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility & Intended Use
You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research laboratory. By ordering, you represent and warrant that all products will be used solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research and will not be administered to, or consumed by, humans or animals.
You further undertake not to resupply, resell or distribute any product for administration to humans or animals, and not to represent to any third party that it is fit for such use.
ARP may decline or cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the products are intended for human or animal use. Where we do so before dispatch, we refund the order in full.
Before accepting or dispatching an order, ARP may ask you to confirm your identity, your organisation or the research purpose of the order. If you do not provide it, or it does not support research use, ARP may cancel the order and refund it in full.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
We make no representations that any product is safe or effective for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or other use. No information on this website constitutes medical, health or usage advice. Any statement to the contrary is not authorised by ARP.
The products are not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and are not supplied as therapeutic goods, medicines, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products. Nothing on this website or in any correspondence from ARP is an offer to supply a medicine, and no practitioner relationship arises between ARP and you.
ARP does not provide usage guidance — not on this website, and not in correspondence — and will not do so on request. Where reconstitution is described, it is stated as laboratory concentration only (milligrams per millilitre in glassware) and never as an instruction for use.
4. Product Information
We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Specifications such as purity are based on batch testing; Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA library. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.
5. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply only while stated.
Standard tracked post is free on orders over $199, and Express Post is free on orders over $299 — these are different services and different thresholds, and an order that qualifies for one does not necessarily qualify for the other.
Where a welcome offer has been issued to you, it is entered at checkout and comes off there. Promotional terms may be varied or withdrawn at any time, and any change applies only to orders placed afterwards.
6. Payment
We accept PayID and Australian bank transfer only. We do not accept buy-now-pay-later, and we use no third-party payment processor. When you place an order we issue a payment reference; you must quote that reference on your transfer so we can match the deposit to your order. Orders are packed once the transfer has cleared. Unpaid orders are released after 2 business days — weekends are not counted — and the reserved stock returns to sale.
7. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Assumption of Risk & Responsibility
You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, and use of these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where ARP is entitled to limit its liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, that liability is limited, at ARP’s election, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so. The limitation above applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ARP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the products, including any use for human or animal consumption.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of ARP or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ARP operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
