Australian Research Peptides accepts PayID and Australian bank transfer only. We don't take cards, digital wallets or buy-now-pay-later, so card details are never handled or stored at any point. Place your order first and you'll be taken to a payment instructions page showing the exact amount, our PayID and your order reference. Transfer that amount from your bank app and put the reference in the description. Nothing is charged automatically — you send the payment yourself. Both routes pay an Australian company into an Australian account, and a PayID transfer typically arrives in minutes, which is the fastest way to get an order moving.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything customers ask about ordering from Australian Research Peptides — ordering and payment, dispatch and delivery, tracking and order changes, stock and availability, and returns or order problems. If it isn’t covered, ask us — we reply within 1 business day.
Ordering and payment
PayID, bank transfer, references, payment windows
The order reference shown on your payment instructions page and in your confirmation email — it looks like Australian Research Peptides-XXXXX. It's the only thing connecting your transfer to your order, so put it in the description field rather than leaving it blank or typing your name. If you forgot it, or sent the wrong amount, don't send a second payment. Contact us with the date, the amount and the name on the account and we'll match it manually: underpaid, we'll tell you the difference; overpaid, we'll refund it. Transfers are reconciled by us rather than by an automated gateway, which is exactly why a mistake like this gets fixed instead of bouncing back to you.
An order can be paid for up to 2 business days after it is placed, and the stock on it is held for you for that whole window rather than sold to somebody else in the meantime. Weekends don't count towards it, so an order placed on a Friday evening is not due until the Tuesday. After that the order is released and any stock goes back on sale. Nothing is owed if you don't pay — no card is charged and no debt is created, the order simply expires and you're free to place a new one.
You'll get an email once we've matched your transfer, and a second one carrying a tracking number when the order is dispatched — every Australian Research Peptides parcel is tracked, so you can follow it the whole way to the door. PayID usually lands within minutes, which is often enough to have an order matched and packed on the same business day. A standard bank transfer can take until the next business day, and longer over a weekend.
If a PayID transfer won't submit or comes back rejected, use the bank transfer details on the same payment instructions page instead — we accept both, and a normal transfer to our BSB and account number is matched exactly the same way with no delay at our end. A refused PayID is almost always the sending bank rather than the payee: daily transfer limits, the hold some banks place on a first payment to a new payee, or a mistyped address. Check the amount and the reference match what the instructions page shows, character for character. If it still won't go through, send us your order reference before the payment window runs out and we'll confirm the details with you directly.
A payment that hasn't shown as matched yet is usually timing rather than a problem. PayID normally lands within minutes, but a standard bank transfer can take until the next business day and longer across a weekend, and payments are matched by hand on business days rather than automatically the moment money arrives. Check the reference on your transfer first — orders are matched on that reference, so a missing or edited one is the most common reason a payment turns up but isn't linked to anything. If the money has left your account and the order still shows unpaid, send us the order reference along with the date and amount you sent and we'll go and find it. Please don't send the payment a second time.
No — Australian Research Peptides adds no surcharge, processing fee or handling charge, so the total shown at checkout is exactly what you transfer. Paying by PayID or bank transfer avoids the card fees most stores pass on, and your bank does not charge you to send a domestic transfer.
Dispatch and delivery
Cut-off times, costs, how long delivery takes
Australian Research Peptides’ dispatch cut-off is 12pm AEST on a business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders confirmed before the cut-off are packed and lodged with the carrier the same day; anything after it, or on a weekend, goes the next business day. Same-day is possible because the stock is already held here in Australia — nothing is ordered in after you buy, and no parcel of ours sits waiting on customs. One thing that catches people out: the clock runs from when we match your payment, not from when you place the order — so an order placed at 11am but paid at 3pm goes out the next business day. PayID is the quickest way to make the cut-off.
Standard tracked post is $12.99 and Express Post is $16.99 — one flat rate to any address we deliver to, tracked either way, with no remote-area surcharge and nothing added at a border, because your parcel never leaves the country. The two free thresholds are different amounts: standard tracked post is free over $199, and Express Post is free over $299.
Delivery within Australia typically takes 2–5 business days by standard tracked post and 1–2 business days to most of Australia by Express Post. Those are domestic transit windows — we post from within Australia, so there is no border crossing and no international leg that can add weeks to an order. The count runs in business days after the parcel is lodged with the carrier, not from when you ordered — dispatch is your parcel leaving us, delivery is when it arrives, and the two get confused constantly. The figures reflect capital-city routes: Express Post runs 1–2 business days to ACT, NSW, VIC, SA and 2–4 business days to WA, TAS, NT, and regional or remote addresses sit beyond those bands. Carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Australian Research Peptides delivers to every Australian state and territory: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA — and both Express Post and standard tracked post are available to all of them, not just the eastern capitals. We're an Australian business shipping from Australian stock, so we don't ship internationally and the checkout doesn't accept overseas addresses. Residential and business addresses are both fine. For a PO Box or parcel locker, check with us before you order — what's possible depends on the service, and we'd rather confirm it than have a parcel returned to sender.
Yes — Signature on delivery can be added to an Australian Research Peptides order at checkout for $2.95. It's optional and never pre-ticked. Tracking and plain unbranded outer packaging come as standard on every parcel, so this is the extra step for an address where nothing should be left sitting out. Worth it if your address isn't secure — a parcel left in the sun is exposed to heat our products are sensitive to.
Tracking and order changes
Where your parcel is, changing an address, cancelling
Every Australian Research Peptides parcel is tracked, and the number is emailed the moment your order is dispatched — the same business day, if we matched your payment before 12pm AEST. You can also look it up any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email address you ordered with, with no account to create. If the email hasn't arrived and your payment has been matched, check your junk folder first, then tell us and we'll resend it.
A parcel's first tracking scan can take several hours, and sometimes doesn't appear until the parcel reaches its first sorting facility. A number showing nothing on day one is normal — and nothing you've ordered is sitting in customs or on an international leg, because we hold stock in Australia and ship domestically. If it hasn't moved for two business days, tell us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
The delivery estimate on a carrier's tracking page is generated by the carrier from the destination and how their network is running that week — it is not derived from the postage you paid, so it can read longer than the Express Post window you chose at checkout. What you paid for is the service the parcel actually travels on, and that is fixed when we lodge it. The estimate is also recalculated as the parcel moves, so an early one is often the most pessimistic you will see. Check the service named on the tracking page against your dispatch email, and if the parcel genuinely went out on the wrong service, tell us and we'll put it right.
When tracking says delivered but the parcel isn't in sight, check around the property, with anyone else at the address, and with reception or a building manager in a complex. Look for a card directing you to a collection point, then contact the carrier — their driver usually records where a parcel was left. If it still hasn't turned up, tell us: we'll open it with the carrier ourselves and stay with it until there's an answer.
Contact us as early as you can with your order number — an order can usually be changed, combined or cancelled any time before it's packed. Do move quickly though: we pack fast, and an order paid before 12pm AEST on a business day is usually with the carrier by that afternoon. A wrong address we can normally fix while the order is still with us, but once the label is printed the address sits with the carrier and is out of our hands. If you've placed two orders and want them combined, ask before paying twice.

Stock and availability
What's in stock, and restock requests
The stock state on each product page is real. “In stock” means the vials are on our shelf here in Australia and go out the same business day when you order before 12pm AEST — not brought in from overseas after you've paid. We don't put an in-stock badge on something we'd have to source. Anything we don't hold shows a Notify Me button in place of Add to Cart, so you can register your interest rather than order something we can't send. Automated back-in-stock emails aren't switched on yet, and the form says so plainly rather than pretending otherwise — so if you need an answer now, email us with the compound and format you're after. Same for anything we don't currently list.
Pricing and bulk enquiries
The multi-vial discount, larger quantities
Australian Research Peptides’ automatic multi-vial discount of 5% applies to any line of 2 or more of the same peptide, and it comes off in the cart without a code. Larger baskets ship free by standard tracked post once they pass $199. Our stock is held here in Australia, so a bigger order isn't waiting on an overseas consignment or a customs clearance. For quantities beyond that, tell us what you need and we'll come back to you with what we can do.
Australian Research Peptides applies its multi-vial discount automatically, so there is no code to hunt for. Put 2 or more of the same peptide on one line and 5% comes off that line in your cart, every time, with no minimum spend and no sign-up required. It's peptides only, so it doesn't apply to consumables like bacteriostatic water or syringes. If you've been sent a welcome offer, enter it at checkout and we'll apply whichever saves you more — the code or the automatic multi-vial discount — never both on the same order.
Returns and order problems
Damaged, wrong, missing or late parcels; refunds
Australian Research Peptides doesn't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched, because we can't verify how a vial was stored once it leaves us. That's a product integrity position and it applies to change of mind only. Separately, our products come with consumer guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in our policies limits them: if something is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or simply not what you ordered, you're covered. For a major failure you choose between a refund and a replacement; for a lesser fault we choose, and we have to sort it within a reasonable time. Buying from an Australian company at an Australian address means those guarantees are enforceable here, rather than against an overseas seller you can only email.
Photograph the parcel before opening it if you safely can, then send us pictures of the label, the outside, the packaging and the product. Ideally within 7 days so we can raise it with the carrier while their records are current — but that's to help the claim, not a deadline on your rights. Where the error is ours, we cover everything, with no restocking or handling fee deducted, and because our stock sits here in Australia a replacement can go back out quickly instead of waiting on an overseas resupply.
A lost parcel is Australian Research Peptides’ to resolve: your contract is with us, not the carrier, and we won't just refer you to them and close the matter. Every parcel we send goes tracked, so there is a scan history to work from rather than guesswork about where it went. We open the enquiry, chase it, and keep you updated. Once the investigation finishes we provide a remedy where one is appropriate.
When a parcel is returned to sender, Australian Research Peptides contacts you as soon as it arrives back. You can ask us to redeliver it or refund it — that choice is yours, not ours. If redelivery costs postage we'll tell you the amount and get your agreement first; nothing is charged without asking you. Because orders travel entirely within Australia, a returned parcel is back with us quickly and can go straight out again, with no international leg to write off.
An approved refund is initiated within 5–10 business days and we email you the day it's sent — a refund runs in two stages, and the difference is worth knowing. Nothing is taken out along the way: Australian Research Peptides charges no restocking fee and no admin or handling fee. Your bank then processes it on its own schedule. If it hasn't landed 5 business days after our email, tell us and we'll give you the transaction details.
Accounts and support
Ordering without an account, privacy, reaching us
No account needed — Australian Research Peptides checkout is guest-only, with nothing to create and no password to remember, so there is nothing standing between a full cart and a placed order. Your order reference and the email you ordered with are all it takes to look an order up on the Track Order page, at any time. There's no order-history area yet, so the quickest way to repeat a purchase is to add the same items to your cart again.
Australian Research Peptides support is reached by email at contact@australianresearchpeptides.au or through the contact form on this site. Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm AEST, and we aim to reply within 1 business day — answered from Australia, on Australian hours, rather than by an overseas desk working while you sleep. Include your order reference if your question is about an order; it gets you an answer considerably faster.
The personal information Australian Research Peptides collects is only what an order needs — name, email, delivery address — and nothing more. Since ARP takes PayID and bank transfer only, no card number ever reaches us to be stored or leaked, and guest checkout leaves no account sitting on file afterwards. We don't sell what we hold, and we don't pass it to advertisers. Our privacy policy sets out what we keep, why, and how to ask for it.
Products and documentation
Certificates of analysis, purity, storage, packaging
Yes — every batch Australian Research Peptides sells is assayed by HPLC against its release specification, with molecular identity confirmed by mass spectrometry before the batch goes on sale. Published certificates are listed in the COA library by product and strength, and you can search it by product name, strength or stock code. ARP vials are not batch-numbered on the label, so if you need the certificate covering the exact lot you were sent, contact us with your order reference. That release specification is ≥99% — a lot testing below it is not sold. Above that floor the measured figure varies between compounds and batches, so the certificate carries your batch's actual result rather than one number applied to everything.
Browse the COA libraryTesting, purity & CoAs explained
Every Australian Research Peptides batch is tested and has a certificate, so a batch missing from the library is a publishing lag rather than an untested lot — certificates go up as each one is verified. Send us your order number and we'll get you that certificate directly.
Storage conditions differ by compound and are stated on each product page and on the batch certificate — check the one you've ordered rather than assuming. Open and store your parcel promptly when it arrives. This is handling and stability guidance only.
Reconstituting a peptide means dissolving the freeze-dried powder in bacteriostatic water, and the concentration you end up with is simply the milligrams in the vial divided by the millilitres you add. A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Add the water slowly, running it down the inside wall of the vial rather than straight onto the powder, and let it dissolve on its own instead of shaking. The volume is yours to choose: less water gives a more concentrated solution, more water makes small volumes easier to measure accurately. Each product page carries worked examples against that listing's own vial sizes, and our calculator does the arithmetic for you. Bacteriostatic water and insulin syringes are sold separately — a peptide vial contains the powder only.

A freeze-dried peptide vial looks close to empty because lyophilised powder takes up very little space — at these fill weights it forms a thin film or a small pellet that is easy to miss against the glass. Vials are filled by weight, not by eye, so what you can see is not the measure. Tilt the vial against a light before deciding it is short, and don't judge it straight after transit: the dried cake often breaks up and scatters in the post, which looks like less than it is. If you still think something is wrong, contact us with your order reference before adding any water — once a vial is reconstituted there is far less we can check.
A cloudy solution straight after reconstitution usually means the peptide has not finished dissolving, and most go clear on their own within a few minutes if the vial is left to stand. Add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall, then swirl gently rather than shaking — shaking whips air through it, and the foam that produces reads as cloudiness even once the powder has dissolved. A vial taken straight from the fridge dissolves more slowly than one at room temperature, so give it longer before worrying. Cloudiness that persists after standing, or anything with visible particles in it, is worth stopping for: contact us with your order reference and don't use the vial in the meantime.

Australian Research Peptides supplies research peptides within Australia for in vitro research purposes only, in a laboratory or analytical setting. They are not TGA-approved therapeutic goods, not medicines, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and they are not supplied for human or animal use — everything we list is sold on that basis and nothing else. We hold stock here and ship domestically, so an order does not cross a border or clear customs. What is permitted in your own circumstances depends on who you are and what you intend to do with the material, and that is not something we can answer for you: we supply research materials and we don't provide legal or medical guidance.
Research use requirementsTerms of supply
No — Australian Research Peptides supplies research peptides as lyophilised powder in sealed vials, and nothing else. There are no pens, no pre-filled or pre-mixed syringes, no capsules and no tablets, and we don't plan to stock any: those are presentations of a finished product, which is not what a research material is. Bacteriostatic water and insulin syringes are stocked as separate laboratory consumables so you can buy what you need to prepare a solution, but the peptide itself always arrives as dry powder to be reconstituted.
Every Australian Research Peptides order goes out in plain outer packaging — no product names, no branding, nothing on the outside identifying the contents. Vials are sealed and cushioned against knocks in transit. We pack and post from within Australia, so your parcel never crosses a border or sits waiting in customs.
“In vitro research purposes only” means everything Australian Research Peptides supplies is intended for laboratory and analytical research outside a living organism. Our compounds are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption or any in vivo application. We don't provide dosing, administration or medical guidance of any kind.
