Ordering and payment

How do I pay, and which methods do you accept?: Australian Research Peptides accepts PayID and Australian bank transfer only. We don't take cards, digital wallets or buy-now-pay-later, so card details are never handled or stored at any point. Place your order first and you'll be taken to a payment instructions page showing the exact amount, our PayID and your order reference. Transfer that amount from your bank app and put the reference in the description. Nothing is charged automatically — you send the payment yourself. Both routes pay an Australian company into an Australian account, and a PayID transfer typically arrives in minutes, which is the fastest way to get an order moving. More
Which reference should I use, and what if I get it wrong?: The order reference shown on your payment instructions page and in your confirmation email — it looks like Australian Research Peptides-XXXXX. It's the only thing connecting your transfer to your order, so put it in the description field rather than leaving it blank or typing your name. If you forgot it, or sent the wrong amount, don't send a second payment. Contact us with the date, the amount and the name on the account and we'll match it manually: underpaid, we'll tell you the difference; overpaid, we'll refund it. How long do I have to pay?: An order can be paid for up to 2 business days after it is placed, and the stock on it is held for you for that whole window rather than sold to somebody else in the meantime. Weekends don't count towards it, so an order placed on a Friday evening is not due until the Tuesday. After that the order is released and any stock goes back on sale. How will I know my payment has been matched?: You'll get an email once we've matched your transfer, and a second one carrying a tracking number when the order is dispatched — every Australian Research Peptides parcel is tracked, so you can follow it the whole way to the door. Dispatch and delivery

When do you dispatch, and can I get same-day dispatch?: Australian Research Peptides’ dispatch cut-off is 12pm AEST on a business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders confirmed before the cut-off are packed and lodged with the carrier the same day; anything after it, or on a weekend, goes the next business day. Same-day is possible because the stock is already held here in Australia — nothing is ordered in after you buy, and no parcel of ours sits waiting on customs. One thing that catches people out: the clock runs from when we match your payment, not from when you place the order — so an order placed at 11am but paid at 3pm goes out the next business day. What does delivery cost, and when is it free?: Standard tracked post is $12.99 and Express Post is $16.99 — one flat rate to any address we deliver to, tracked either way, with no remote-area surcharge and nothing added at a border, because your parcel never leaves the country. The two free thresholds are different amounts: standard tracked post is free over $199, and Express Post is free over $299. More
How long does delivery take?: Delivery within Australia typically takes 2–5 business days by standard tracked post and 1–2 business days to most of Australia by Express Post. Those are domestic transit windows — we post from within Australia, so there is no border crossing and no international leg that can add weeks to an order. The count runs in business days after the parcel is lodged with the carrier, not from when you ordered — dispatch is your parcel leaving us, delivery is when it arrives, and the two get confused constantly. The figures reflect capital-city routes: Express Post runs 1–2 business days to ACT, NSW, VIC, SA and 2–4 business days to WA, TAS, NT, and regional or remote addresses sit beyond those bands. Where do you deliver, and can you use a PO Box?: Australian Research Peptides delivers to every Australian state and territory: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA — and both Express Post and standard tracked post are available to all of them, not just the eastern capitals. We're an Australian business shipping from Australian stock, so we don't ship internationally and the checkout doesn't accept overseas addresses. Residential and business addresses are both fine. For a PO Box or parcel locker, check with us before you order — what's possible depends on the service, and we'd rather confirm it than have a parcel returned to sender. More
Can I require a signature on delivery?: Yes — Signature on delivery can be added to an Australian Research Peptides order at checkout for $2.95. It's optional and never pre-ticked. Tracking and order changes

Where and when do I get tracking?: Every Australian Research Peptides parcel is tracked, and the number is emailed the moment your order is dispatched — the same business day, if we matched your payment before 12pm AEST. You can also look it up any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email address you ordered with, with no account to create. If the email hasn't arrived and your payment has been matched, check your junk folder first, then tell us and we'll resend it. More
My tracking hasn't updated. What now?: A parcel's first tracking scan can take several hours, and sometimes doesn't appear until the parcel reaches its first sorting facility. A number showing nothing on day one is normal — and nothing you've ordered is sitting in customs or on an international leg, because we hold stock in Australia and ship domestically. If it hasn't moved for two business days, tell us and we'll chase the carrier for you. More
I paid for Express but the tracking estimate looks longer. Why?: The delivery estimate on a carrier's tracking page is generated by the carrier from the destination and how their network is running that week — it is not derived from the postage you paid, so it can read longer than the Express Post window you chose at checkout. What you paid for is the service the parcel actually travels on, and that is fixed when we lodge it. The estimate is also recalculated as the parcel moves, so an early one is often the most pessimistic you will see. Check the service named on the tracking page against your dispatch email, and if the parcel genuinely went out on the wrong service, tell us and we'll put it right. More
Tracking says delivered but I can't find it: When tracking says delivered but the parcel isn't in sight, check around the property, with anyone else at the address, and with reception or a building manager in a complex. Look for a card directing you to a collection point, then contact the carrier — their driver usually records where a parcel was left. If it still hasn't turned up, tell us: we'll open it with the carrier ourselves and stay with it until there's an answer. More
Can I change the address, edit, combine or cancel an order?: Contact us as early as you can with your order number — an order can usually be changed, combined or cancelled any time before it's packed. Do move quickly though: we pack fast, and an order paid before 12pm AEST on a business day is usually with the carrier by that afternoon. A wrong address we can normally fix while the order is still with us, but once the label is printed the address sits with the carrier and is out of our hands. Returns and order problems

What is your returns policy, and what are my rights?: Australian Research Peptides doesn't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched, because we can't verify how a vial was stored once it leaves us. That's a product integrity position and it applies to change of mind only. Separately, our products come with consumer guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in our policies limits them: if something is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or simply not what you ordered, you're covered. For a major failure you choose between a refund and a replacement; for a lesser fault we choose, and we have to sort it within a reasonable time. Buying from an Australian company at an Australian address means those guarantees are enforceable here, rather than against an overseas seller you can only email. More
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?: Photograph the parcel before opening it if you safely can, then send us pictures of the label, the outside, the packaging and the product. Ideally within 7 days so we can raise it with the carrier while their records are current — but that's to help the claim, not a deadline on your rights. Where the error is ours, we cover everything, with no restocking or handling fee deducted, and because our stock sits here in Australia a replacement can go back out quickly instead of waiting on an overseas resupply. What happens if my parcel is lost?: A lost parcel is Australian Research Peptides’ to resolve: your contract is with us, not the carrier, and we won't just refer you to them and close the matter. Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis, and how is purity verified?: Yes — every batch Australian Research Peptides sells is assayed by HPLC against its release specification, with molecular identity confirmed by mass spectrometry before the batch goes on sale. Published certificates are listed in the COA library by product and strength, and you can search it by product name, strength or stock code. ARP vials are not batch-numbered on the label, so if you need the certificate covering the exact lot you were sent, contact us with your order reference. That release specification is ≥99% — a lot testing below it is not sold. Above that floor the measured figure varies between compounds and batches, so the certificate carries your batch's actual result rather than one number applied to everything. More
My batch isn't in the COA library: Every Australian Research Peptides batch is tested and has a certificate, so a batch missing from the library is a publishing lag rather than an untested lot — certificates go up as each one is verified. How should compounds be stored on arrival?: Storage conditions differ by compound and are stated on each product page and on the batch certificate — check the one you've ordered rather than assuming. Open and store your parcel promptly when it arrives. This is handling and stability guidance only. More
How do I reconstitute a peptide, and how much bacteriostatic water do I add?: Reconstituting a peptide means dissolving the freeze-dried powder in bacteriostatic water, and the concentration you end up with is simply the milligrams in the vial divided by the millilitres you add. A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Add the water slowly, running it down the inside wall of the vial rather than straight onto the powder, and let it dissolve on its own instead of shaking. The volume is yours to choose: less water gives a more concentrated solution, more water makes small volumes easier to measure accurately. Each product page carries worked examples against that listing's own vial sizes, and our calculator does the arithmetic for you. Bacteriostatic water and insulin syringes are sold separately — a peptide vial contains the powder only. More
Why does my peptide vial look empty?: A freeze-dried peptide vial looks close to empty because lyophilised powder takes up very little space — at these fill weights it forms a thin film or a small pellet that is easy to miss against the glass. Vials are filled by weight, not by eye, so what you can see is not the measure. Tilt the vial against a light before deciding it is short, and don't judge it straight after transit: the dried cake often breaks up and scatters in the post, which looks like less than it is. If you still think something is wrong, contact us with your order reference before adding any water — once a vial is reconstituted there is far less we can check. More
My reconstituted solution is cloudy or won't go clear. What now?: A cloudy solution straight after reconstitution usually means the peptide has not finished dissolving, and most go clear on their own within a few minutes if the vial is left to stand. Add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall, then swirl gently rather than shaking — shaking whips air through it, and the foam that produces reads as cloudiness even once the powder has dissolved. A vial taken straight from the fridge dissolves more slowly than one at room temperature, so give it longer before worrying. Cloudiness that persists after standing, or anything with visible particles in it, is worth stopping for: contact us with your order reference and don't use the vial in the meantime. More
