Where we deliver
We deliver to all Australian states and territories: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA. Delivery is domestic only — we do not ship internationally, and the checkout does not accept overseas addresses.
We deliver to residential and business addresses. If you need delivery to a PO Box or parcel locker, check with us first — the available options depend on the service and we would rather confirm than have a parcel returned.
Order processing and dispatch
Dispatch and delivery are two different things. Dispatch is the day your parcel leaves us and is lodged with the carrier. Delivery is when it arrives. Transit time starts after lodgement, so a same-day dispatch is not a same-day delivery.
We pack and dispatch monday to friday. Orders confirmed before 12pm AEST go out the same business day. Anything confirmed after the cut-off, or on a weekend, is dispatched the next business day.
Public holidays. We do not dispatch on national or state public holidays that apply to us, and orders confirmed on one are dispatched the next business day. The countdown shown around the site tracks the clock and the weekend — it does not know the holiday calendar, so treat it as a guide rather than a guarantee in a holiday week.
Dispatch can take longer than usual when:
- a bank transfer has not yet cleared or cannot be matched;
- the delivery details need checking with you before we pack;
We will contact you if anything is going to hold your order up.
Delivery options, prices and estimates
| Service | Estimated transit | Price | Free delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard tracked post | 2–5 business days | $12.99 | Free on orders over $199 |
| Express Post | 1–2 business days to most of Australia | $16.99 | Free on orders over $299 |
Prices are in Australian dollars. The two free-delivery thresholds are different amounts — $199 for standard tracked post, $299 for Express Post.
Signature on delivery can be added at checkout for $2.95. It is optional and never pre-selected.
Transit estimates are business days after lodgement, not from when you order, and they are the carrier’s estimates rather than a guarantee.
How long does delivery take to each state?
Express Post reaches most Australian capital cities in one to two business days after lodgement, and every state and territory is covered. The table below gives the typical express post transit for each one.
| State or territory | Typical Express Post transit |
|---|---|
| Australian Capital Territory (ACT) | 1–2 business days |
| New South Wales (NSW) | 1–2 business days |
| Northern Territory (NT) | 2–4 business days |
| Queensland (QLD) | 1–3 business days |
| South Australia (SA) | 1–2 business days |
| Tasmania (TAS) | 2–4 business days |
| Victoria (VIC) | 1–2 business days |
| Western Australia (WA) | 2–4 business days |
Those figures are capital-city routes. Regional and remote addresses generally take longer, and standard tracked post runs 2–5 business days rather than the express post times above. For an estimate against your own postcode, use the delivery checker in the bar at the top of any page.
Tracking your order
Every parcel is sent with tracking. When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number, and you can check progress any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email address.
The first scan can take several hours to appear, and sometimes not until the parcel reaches its first sorting facility — a tracking number that shows nothing on the day it is issued is normal. If tracking has not moved for two business days, get in touch and we will chase it.
Packaging
Orders are sent in plain outer packaging with no product names or branding on the outside. Vials are sealed and cushioned to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Storage and handling guidance for each product is on its product page and its certificate of analysis.
Checking your delivery address
Please check your address carefully before paying — a wrong or incomplete address is the most common cause of a delayed parcel.
If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away with your order number. We can usually correct an address while the order is still being packed. Once the parcel is lodged the address sits with the carrier and we cannot change it, though we will help you work with them where we can.
Delivery attempts and returned parcels
What happens if nobody is home depends on the service and the address. The carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place, or leave a card and hold it at a collection point. If you add signature on delivery at checkout, someone must sign for it, so it will not be left unattended.
Parcels that are not collected within the carrier’s holding period are returned to us. If that happens we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund for the goods. Where redelivery attracts a further postage cost, we will tell you the amount and get your agreement before charging anything.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Contact us with your order number and, for damage, a photograph of the item and its packaging if you are able to take one. Photographs help us lodge a carrier claim quickly — they are not a condition of being looked after, and not having one does not affect your rights.
Telling us within about 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date where nothing arrived, gives us the best chance of a successful claim, because carriers apply their own time limits. Please still contact us if more time has passed.
From there it is our job, not yours: we open the investigation with the carrier and keep you updated. Your contract is with us, not the carrier, and delivery is our responsibility until the goods reach you — so a parcel confirmed lost or damaged gets put right. Which remedy applies, and who chooses it, is set out in Returns & Refunds.
Your rights
This policy adds to your rights under Australian Consumer Law — it never limits them. If something goes wrong with a delivery, we put it right as described above, and your legal rights stand regardless.
Common questions
- I paid by PayID or bank transfer. When does my order actually ship?
- Dispatch is counted from when we match your payment, not from when you place the order. PayID usually arrives within minutes. A standard bank transfer can take until the next business day, and longer over a weekend. If your transfer lands before the cut-off on a business day, your order goes out that day.
- Is same-day dispatch the same as same-day delivery?
- No. Dispatch means your parcel leaves us and is lodged with the carrier that day. Transit time then starts, and depends on where it is going.
- Can I change my address after ordering?
- Contact us as quickly as you can. If the order has not been packed we can usually correct it. Once a label is printed and the parcel is lodged, the address is with the carrier and we cannot change it.
- Do you deliver on weekends?
- We dispatch monday to friday only. Carrier delivery days vary by service and address, so a parcel lodged on Friday may move over the weekend even though we are not packing.
